What these numbers are. Publicly posted prices, read from each
vendor's own site and normalised to price per milligram. We do not know their
stock, their shipping, or whether they will honour a price. Every row carries
the date it was observed. Nothing here is an offer, and nothing here is medical
advice — these are research chemicals, not medicines.
What "publishes a certificate" means. That we found a
certificate document, or a per-batch promise of one, on the listing we read.
"Third-party tested" is a claim about who; "HPLC" is a claim about method;
"COA available on request" is a claim about a filing cabinet. None of those is
a certificate you can open, so none of them counts here. A vendor may publish
excellent certificates on a page we never fetched. Where we have not assessed
enough of a field to say anything, we say nothing rather than guessing.
