Processing time
Orders ship Monday through Thursday, 1–3 business days from order confirmation. We avoid Friday-and-later ship dates so packages don't sit in carrier hubs over the weekend.
Shipping
Free shipping over $150. Cold-pack insulation on every order. U.S. delivery only.
Carrier & packaging
UPS Ground for the contiguous 48 states. Every order ships in an insulated mailer with a cold-pack. Tracking emailed when the label prints.
Storage on receipt
Refrigerated at 36–46°F. Protect from light. Reconstituted compounds should follow the storage guidance specific to their formulation — consult your research protocol.
Damaged or compromised shipments
If your shipment arrives with broken vials, no cold-pack remaining, or any sign of compromise, photograph the package on receipt and email support@peprally.bio. We replace damaged orders.
All sales final
All sales of research-use materials are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If your shipment arrives damaged or compromised, contact support@peprally.bio with photos and your order number.
International shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time. Domestic U.S. only.
