Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your options.

Eligibility for returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

• Unopened and in original packaging
• Damaged or defective upon arrival
• Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Due to the nature of research compounds, opened products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons unless they are defective.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, email support@peprally.bio with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within one business day.

Return shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped to:

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email us at support@peprally.bio within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above.

Subscription cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your subscription management link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current cycle upon cancellation.
