Effective July 1, 2026
Eligibility
By placing an order you certify that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are purchasing products for research use only, and that you will not administer these products to humans or animals. Products are sold to researchers, laboratories, and qualified professionals only.
Research-use-only designation
All products sold through PepRally.bio are research-grade compounds intended for laboratory use only. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any human or veterinary use, are not dietary supplements, and are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no therapeutic claims and do not provide dosing instructions.
Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We do not honor obvious pricing errors; if an order you placed reflects a pricing error we will notify you promptly and either cancel the order or offer the correct price. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS from the United States. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, and not to misrepresent your age or eligibility to purchase research compounds. You may not resell products purchased from this site without written authorization.
Intellectual property
The PepRally.bio name, logo, product trademarks, and all site content are the property of PepRally BioSciences LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
PepRally BioSciences LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or mishandling of the products we sell. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of all materials shipped to you. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepRally BioSciences LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
